 Aahaana: I wish to move into a Product Management role two years later.

Me: And the new role is not taking you there?
 Aahaana: No, I am no ready for Product role. Next two years, I will spend time to prepare myself for the position.

Me: Tell me three things for which you were fully prepared for in life?

Aahaana: No, but I want to be ready!

Me: We are never ready; if we were, we would have already done it.

If the change is not making you uncomfortable, take it for the fact that you are not growing.
