When you don't get the desired results, do you question yourself or do you blame external factors for not getting results? We often tend to find reasons that are external, rather than questioning if we ourselves are doing something wrong. This simple incident with my daughter made me realise how we are conditioned to blame external factors for things not working out. When we don't have a goal, there is a sense of wandering. When the "want" is missing the hunger to grow reduces. I always say I love coaching. I love interacting with people. Coaching takes us to a deeper level of conversation where we identify and learn things that we may have never thought about. This is an incident where one of my coachees was about change his career and path, since he was not satisfied with the successful jab he was in.
