I am not good enough. I am full of self-doubt. I will start tomorrow.
These and many more are the limiting beliefs each of carry for a large part of our lives, unaware.
What we believe becomes the only version of the truth we see.
I had the mine identified a few months back, and I have been able to rewire some of them along with my coach. It is turning out to be magical.
Like all forms of self-awareness, I started with denial, followed by acceptance. And then, I got into the spiral of justifications. Started spending energy on why and how this happened. I started blaming myself for my limiting beliefs.
This is, perhaps, the most significant risk of self-awareness, so remember:
You are not accountable for your life experiences.
There is nothing you can do about the past, don't waste your energy there.
After awareness, what you do with it is your choice. If you leave it unattended, you are making a choice not to change things.
Don't let your past determine your future and don't let your future to chance!
And if there is one thing that makes me a massive fan of coaching is, it focuses on the future. It focuses on possibilities. It focuses on dreams. It focuses on living extraordinary.
What choices are you making about your future?
