When we use our head, we judge, but when we use our Heart, we understand.

From a distance, it looked like someone was throwing garbage while sitting in the autorickshaw. It was was unacceptable, that too close to a residential society. I wanted to lecture the person for such behaviour. He should have walked closer to the bin. I was about to reach the auto when I realised that that driver was putting great efforts to come back to his driving seat. When I was very close, I realised he did not have legs. I felt guilty like anything for judging him. His physical state was enough for me to understand the reason. I smiled and walked past without uttering a single word. But a thought struck me, while his reasons were visible, what about the invisible reasons everyone has?

We often judge people through our lense without understanding their story. We look at our life privileges, our values, our beliefs and evaluate others. We often use our head before Heart. Next time: when someone is frequently late to work, When someone is not performing well, When someone is particular about money, When someone avoids office gathering, or anything like that, understand the reason before judging. When we use our head, we judge, but when we use our Heart, we understand.
